What is GetWelcom?

GetWelcom is A Saas solution (Software as a Service) that supports tourist accommodations in their additional sales strategy. Our desire is to offer all tourist accommodations an additional showcase of their services accessible online by their customers.

Concretely, how does it work?

Customers of our partner accommodations have access to a window of the services available in the establishment. They can thus inquire, book and pay before and during their stay. with a simple click. For the hosts of these establishments, the platform allows them to easily inform their customers and track their orders.

The window of each GetWelcom accommodation is accessible directly on the establishment's website. This allows potential customers who have not yet booked a stay to get acquainted quickly of the services offered by the establishment.

For customers who have already made a reservation in a GetWelcom accommodation, the window is always accessible on the website but also by email and via a QR code made available to customers upon arrival.

GetWelcom is aimed at and adapts to all types of tourist accommodation : Hotels, guest houses, campsites, holiday villages, furnished tourist accommodation...

The solution allows all tourism professionals who wish to do so to boost their additional sales strategy and improve the customer experience.

At the same time, GetWelcom is also aimed at customers of these tourist accommodations who are looking for new experiences adapted to their needs. Thanks to GetWelcom, consumers can now get information, book experiences and access past orders.

Soon, they will also be able to search for establishments on the platform and build their tailor-made stay!

When is GetWelcom for?

GetWelcom, It is now! After several months of work, the first version of the platform was delivered in October 2021.

Where is GetWelcom?

Initially, the GetWelcom solution is deployed throughout France. A multilingual version is currently under development and will be offered on the European market in 2022.
