Internship of 8 weeks maximum
Profil recherché
Your main missions will be:
🎯 Customer support assistance
- Participate in the writing of tutorials and user guides.
- Help with the settings of client platforms.
- Suggest ideas for improving training materials and online help tools.
- Collaborate with the product team to evolve the solution.
📊 Participation in monitoring customer satisfaction
- Assist in collecting user feedback.
- Participate in the analysis of customer satisfaction data.
➕ Ancillary missions
- Support for sales teams : assistance in the preparation of demonstration platforms and preparation of prospecting files.
- Animation of social networks : creation and publication of content to promote the solution and build the loyalty of the hotel community.
