Your customers can access the GetWelcom Guest App in several ways: Before the stay: The link can be sent by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, either via our solution or an external solution. During the stay: They can scan a QR code available in the accommodation, either in the rooms or in the common areas.
How do I set up the solution?
The solution's configuration is handled by a specialized project manager. Based on the information provided by the hosting team, he configures the solution to meet your specific needs. An onboarding session is then scheduled to deploy the solution and train your team, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation.
Does the GetWelcom platform comply with Atout France classification standards?
Yes, the GetWelcom platform complies with the Atout France classification standards. We work with specialized audit organizations to offer a solution that can validate up to 23 criteria. Among these, criteria 89 (telephony), 103 and 104 (welcome booklet and service guide) are obviously taken into account and validated.
Does the solution integrate with my PMS?
You have two options. The Guest App can be used and developed independently, or integrated with your PMS system to simplify and automate certain tasks. PMS integration is required to use CRM functionalities.
Can I change the content of my Application and communications?
Yes, you can change the content of your application and communications. You have access to a backoffice that allows you to do this on your own. If necessary, you can also ask customer service to do it for you.
