Internship (2 months) - Customer Success Manager Assistant
Missions
ace Internship Customer Success Manager (CSM) assistant, you will be at the heart of the customer relationship and will play a key role in the adoption and satisfaction of our CRM solution by our hotel customers.
Your main missions will be:
🎯 Customer support
- Ensure the onboarding of new customers: Settings, platform training.
- Answering customer questions and resolving user issues
- Monitor the adoption of CRM and propose personalized optimizations
📊 Customer satisfaction monitoring and analysis
- Gather user feedback to improve the solution
- Track customer satisfaction rates
🚀 Optimizing the customer experience
- Write guides and tutorials to facilitate the use of the software
- Participate in the continuous improvement of CSM processes
- Collaborate with the product team to evolve the solution
🛠 Support and loyalty
- Assist in resolving incidents in collaboration with the technical team
- Identify upsell opportunities and offer functionalities adapted to customer needs
- Animate the user community (webinars, newsletters, discussion groups)
🔹 Ancillary missions
- Animation of social networks: Creation and publication of content to promote the solution and build the loyalty of the hotel community
- Support for sales teams : assistance in the preparation of demonstration platforms, preparation of prospecting files
Profil recherché
🎓 Formation : Business school, in L3, in BUT in hospitality, marketing, or equivalent
💡 Skills & Qualities :
✔ Excellent relational, pedagogical, and organizational skills
✔ Sense of customer service and ability to understand the challenges of hoteliers.
✔ Fluency in speaking and writing, ability to popularize technical concepts.
✔ Organization, Rigor and Autonomy
✔ Appetite for digital tools
✔ Fluency in French and English
